At Atelier Red + Black we believe each design is an opportunity to celebrate a client’s brief with creativity and imagination. For us, beauty and functionality always go hand in hand.

Good design is a means of achieving a unique space that is tailored to our client’s way of living. Each project is developed in response to its site and context from the outset. Site and program constraints are seen as opportunities for new solutions.

Materiality is carefully explored in each commission – through consideration of the light quality, details and connection to nature that is embodied within. We aim for the overall design intent to dovetail with the finer details at each stage. Environmentally passive design is also woven in at the start of each project.
